I'm having difficulty registering
This is probably because you have ordered before so the web site already recognises your email address as being registered. Click Login on the home page and enter your email address and the password you would have used when you first registered. On the next screen click Update to update your details. You should now be ready to go shopping or if you have already shopped click on View basket and your order might still be there.

I've had no confirmation of my order
You should normally receive confirmation within a few minutes of ordering. If not, it probably means your order was not sent correctly. Try logging in again with your email and password and click View Basket. Your order will still be there if it has not been sent. Click on Checkout and enter your payment details, then click Order at the bottom of the screen. You should receive an email confirmation after a few minutes.

After entering my email and/or password I get an error message saying "please supply a unique value for this field".
This means that you've registered before and you are trying to register again. Go to Login on the home page and type in your email address and the password you are most likely to have used when you first registered. Then click Login. Your order should still be there ready to complete and send. If not, you will need to re-enter it.

I am a trade customer or bookshop and being asked to give credit card details. Why?
You have not logged on as a trade customer and so the system thinks that you are a retail customer. You need to log in using the email and password that you originally registered with us. The best thing to do is abandon the order and try to log in again with your email password. If you still have a problem - or have forgotten your original password - please telephone us for further advice.

I've tried to change my password but the web site has not replied or I don't understand the reply.
In this instance it is best to phone us so that we can reset a password. You will be asked to change this password to one of your own choosing when you login next time.
